Panasonic Factory Refurbished product that was previously used as a demo unit or a return that has been processed by a Panasonic authorized technician. Product is 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Should be complete with all pluggables, accessories and OS, unless otherwise noted. Cosmetically in excellent condition with normal wear and tear based on age and use of product, may have minor case scratches.
Factory Refurbished B Stock
Panasonic Factory Refurbished product that was previously used as a demo unit or a return that has been processed by a Panasonic authorized technician. Product is 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Should be complete with all pluggables, accessories and OS, unless otherwise noted. Cosmetically has some minor scratches, dents, and may be missing something.

Refurbished Grade B
Recertified product that was previously in service for more than 1 year. Product is tested 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Cosmetically in fair condition. May have missing accessories, noted on Overview tab. May have slight LCD blemishes. Case cosmetics may include but are not limited to: top cover, bottom panel, LCD bezel, keyboard bezel, and on the side and back: deep, long, and/or many scratches, chips and gouges (not all the way through the plastics), scuffed, or worn.
